Mmm..haven post anything for sometime le..
actually not that long though..
hahaha...
got quite alot to say though...

went out with shi hua, qiqi, xinyan n huishan yesterday to kbox,
we were ill treated again!
somehow recently where ever i go,
ppl don wan to serve us!
gosh..but the whole trip was fun..
sing, play, laugh..
it has been a long time that we last went out ya..
hope we can have another one before school starts..
haa...

At the same time, yesterday was also the last time that we see our late president,
Mr Wee Kim Wee...
Though i don really know you,
but knowing what u have done for the people,
esp on the case of changing the person sentence to death to imprisonment..
I believe you prior the intention of the offender before the real murder that occur..
We will always remember you!

Okay, remember I say I went back to school for my GE,
haha..Personal Mastery of managing change...
God~! I cannot believe it..
Don know it is slack or entertaining to me..
at least for the past 2 lessons I have been listening to what the prof was lecturing,
basically the whole 3 hours session,
he did not really talk much,
coz 1 hr is chop for MOVIE!
"The Truman Show"
and another 1 hr was for breaks plus discussions n presentations..

I must say I learn alot from the 2 sessions that I attended,
though there is still 1 assignment and 1 exam,
I don have the thinking of it at all,
I feel relax and really want to understand more abt myself..
not that i don know myself,
juz that those frameworks that i learn(not many that i learn la..haha)
i am able to fit them in with my problem..
maybe after the whole course i am able to make a stop to it?
haha...i hope so..
afterall everything that we feel n do come from our feelings..
we add value judgement to a situation,
w/o weighting the pros n cons,
even if we do...
we tend to be influence by peers n others that we seek opinions..
but i think it is a challenge that everyone faced ba~!
we got to SELF-REGULATE ourself ~!

Haha..I promised Huishan I will be talking abt the movie that I watched,
"The Truman Show"
Oh my god~! the show hit me really hard..
make me think of many many many things,
the plot, the actors, the directors and so many others..
they are amazing..

Basically the whole story is toking abt this guy called Truman,
the director has adopted him and make his life a show,
a 24hr unleased show abt him,
all the ppl ard him is ploted for him,
the person he get married, his friends and things like that..
they make him scare of water so he is unable to leave the plot(aka the place)
until one day someone who is not the planned cast came,
and told him everything is fake..
then he feels something is wrong..
he decided to trick them n leave this place...

During the journey, he was attacked by storm and waves,
created by the director..amazing hor..he can control weather..
he is so determined that none of them hurt him,
so he set sail to leave the island until he hit a wall,
and this is what was the last sentence of the whole show....

Quoted from the movie,
"I am the creator of your show(which is the life u are staying now),
I have give you the comfort of everything,
whatever you want,
You have get it without any problem..
do you still want to leave this wonderful place?"
"Good Morning , Good Afternoon and Good Nite,
Good BYE"

Don know if i rem it correctly or not,
but this is aga what the lines that the actors have used ba..
I think i din say it wonderfully that u all understand me la..
go rent the show..
it is a nice show..after that rite..
i guess everyone will be pondering abt things that we have been doing..
n stuff like that...haha...
at first i also don know what it is toking abt..
till the end of the show,
have quite alot of feelings n thinking in my mind,
that i am shocked abt..
abt determination n stuff like that..
haa..den on my journey back with huishan,
i keep pestering her abt it..
haha...sorry~!

Read an article this morning,
abt Wal-Mart unreasonable wages..
they are paying their staff $9.83 per hr,
whereas other company has at least $12 per hr,
ppl are complaining that they underpay their workers
though they earned big bucks..
Yeah~! at first i totally agree with the article,
how can they ill-treat their workers,
afterall motivation level might fall if the minimal is not satisfied,
then their efficiency drop too...
Until I saw the part on if they increase wages,
they might need to increase price of their products
n this is the opposite of their mission,
to give their customers the lowest price of goods...
Wao..this make my stand abit shaky..
haha..
BUT BUT..
I still think that they need to strike a balance to the 2 things ba...
b/w wages n products price..
even though they claimed that they are paying above the proverty line,
for a family of 3 but not 4..
I think that afterall they got t0o raise abit ba..maybe $10..
haha..don see the increase of onli a few cents leh..
it affect the whole company by quite alot leh..
coz they got so many workers u know~!
haha..
