Communication is a very difficult module to learn,
there are so many different techniques that we have to master,
before communicating well.
It involve writing, talking and presenting.
Writing in an email is not easy at all,
do you know that we do not need to add in,
"Hi", "regards" at all?
It is just that we are use to it that's y it is added in.
that's all.
When it comes to a sensitive message,
it is better not to send it via email,
as email is NEVER PRIVATE!
It is normal to feel nervous before presentation,
because YOU CARED ABOUT THE PRESENTATION!
haa~ what we shall do before presenting are,
to know what we are going to present,
breathe in and out and SMILE!
(I doubt I can, But I'll TRY!)
the slides should not have so much information,
as it distracts our audiences.
What we should do is to prepare another set of notes
with details and give it out after our presentation..
