I cannot help it but to blog abt it.
Was so pissed off with myself.
not others.
Early in the morning,
had a wonderful ride with Qiqi and friend to sch.
It all ended at the pt that I recd an sms by my boss.
saying that this lady whom we recruited had quitted.
laggi best.
now wad. She emailed my boss and colleague this morning.
at 12AM to say she quit with immediate effect.
that's it.
din went for work and was MIA for the whole morning.
found her at the time abt 11 plus.
got to meet her to take the lappie.
yes. all my plans for today is gone because of this.
Irritated? Yes.
but I more more upset.
coz she is someone who I choose,
"is working" under me.
Seems like I mus be part of the reason why she left?
Haiz. No point thinking abt this.
I am juz upset.
Learnt a lesson:
Never rely on only a person.
no matter it is work or friends.
coz they will be tired.
they will just leave like that.
they won say but u sense it.
I mus admit that I sensed that she is leaving.
I tot I can make her stay.
How naive can I be?
all the things tat I have teached.
went back to zero.
now I got to get hold of the things again.
and restudy them.
support my colleague.
Starting to have doubts abt myself.
am i capable of doing this?
Doing 3 projects at one go?
with the limited time.
plus the horoscope say that,
cow is going to have a bad year ahead.
lousy career, lousy studies.
haa. so "mi xin".
Guess this only demoralise me more.
But But But.
I am still motivated.
to find a better person.
to look for one who really have passion.
to use another teaching method to teach.
instead of the old one.
To Learn of course.
and not to forget.
To STUDY!
