Trip to Sentosa
Exicited. Too excited till I cannot slp sia yesterday nite.
Mmm. the trip went on with a 'Bang'.
The ticketing uncle cheat my money.
for 10 bucks each person.
Maybe I din ask properly ba.
Anyway ppl, if you wan to go sentosa,
don choose tour. coz no use de.
First stop: Mt Faber
Took cable car to Mt Faber.
Wohoo. The cable car is cool.
ok. I guess it has been a long time since I took cable car le ba.
Maybe this is even the first time lo.
haa. Hubby was so 'afraid'.
Not exactly la.
he don like high places with slow motion.
He will freak out. haa.
But I enjoy it so much.
Mt Faber is a nice place to look at scenery.
Din walk in really deep though.
Second stop: Dolphin Lagoon
Before that, went to the nearby beach.
to write a few words there.
we were there on 02/01/06.
haa~
the dolphin lagoon is ahm~
Nth much though. coz all u see is a show.
the dolphin shows.
less than 30 mins.
But when the tourists are taking photos.
manage to catch a few closed shots of the dolphins.
*grinz*
Third Stop: Merlion Walk, herbs and spices garden
Ok. din went in the merlion,
coz i went before and it is abit ex lo.
but took a few pics of the merlion.
it turned black! haha.
they should have cleaned it lo.
or else very dirty leh. haa.
then walk ard, the forest, the trail.
Actually wan to go the herbs garden de,
but apparently it look likes it is only half open.
there are a big part that cannot enter de.
Fourth Stop: Bird Encounter, Orchid Garden
Mmm. was lost in sentosa.
Think they should have this feedback session.
to improve on their maps.
though the employees are there to help us.
and they are helpful,
u cannot expect them to be everywhere u know.
Finally went to the bird encounter,
a small place near the ferry terminal,
to see the parrots etc.
In the end, hubby concluded that the birds and instructors,
are from the Jurong Bird Park.
coz sentosa not so free to train them.
haa~ then we anyhow walk,
proceed to the orchid garden.
the place is beautiful.
all differnt types of orchids.
Nice but hor. they got to do some maintenance lo.
maybe they got la. today public holiday din see ma.
Fifth Stop: Butterfly and Insect Kingdom
Decided to skip the animal encounter,
when we conclude abt the bird encounter.
somehow, if wan to see animals,
zoo is still the best place ever ba.
So proceed to the butterfly and insect kingdom.
a place that we nv intend to go at all.
coz hubby don like butterflies.
In the end due to the package we bought,
then we go lo. haa.
It is a nice place!
if you like butterflies and beetles..
There are many types of butterflies.
and not all butterflies are called butterflies.
so the knowledge really incease.
and beetles. omg. super nice.
haa~ they are so hugh lo.
and colourful. not all are black u know.
Super nice. as compared to the zoo one,
of coz zoo lose lo. Hee~
Sixth Stop: Underwater World
A place everyone wanted to go,
but super ex.
it cost you $19.50 lo!
but worth it.
get a chance to touch starfish!
and also Sharks!
The shark skin is so sandy feeling de.
haaa..nice nice...
den saw our old friend there.
it is suppose to be in the zoo de.
heard that it is shifted to Sentosa.
Finally I manage to see his real 'face'.
coz in the zoo, it live in a pond.
den when ppl feed it with food.
all u know is a tunder sound and that's it.
His figure is so hugh.
can you imagine even the cam cannot take his whole figure.
haa. yeah my phone cam la. haa.
then saw some fish call angle fish.
haa. nth de. like jelly fish.
but it is super small.
When you go this kind of places rite.
is all abt Big and small.
either they are super small,
or they are super big that caught your eyes.
a place you muz go sia,
underwater world.
Seventh Stop: The magical Fountain
Have seen it once. long ago.
din expect much.
but the show starts at 740pm.
i reach there at 6pm.
and it is almost full of ppl.
waited for super long.
and finally saw the show.
super nice nice.
a show that you will nv forget.
It is a combination of
lasers lights, flame (they are real mind you),
a MC, "animals" and of coz the water.
Nice nice.
worth the wait sia.
I took the video not full though.

Eighth Stop: Back to cable car
Mmm. went back by cable car.
Rem i said I was pretty upset abt the cost.
den hor. I think I am happy liao.
coz the way back is pack with ppl.
they have no choice but to allow ppl to take the glass cabin
which cost $15 per pax!
so heng we got the cabin!
while nth special but jus that the air is better.
haa. happy liao!
